I want you to love your piece as much as I loved making it. But if you change your mind and would like to return a piece, then please email me within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days.

The item must reach me in re-saleable condition and it is your responsibility that it does so. Return costs are your responsibility and I recommend you send it recorded so you can be sure it reaches me. Once I have received your return, I will process your refund.

If an item arrives with you broken, send me a email with a picture of the damage and we can take it from there.
